C

ontributions of goods to be sold at the Fair are what make it such a wonderful place for bargain shopping. It is tons of fun seeing Fair shoppers as they discover these bargains and take them home to care for. If you are ready to do some recycling of things you no longer use, please consider finding a new home for them and helping to support church ministries in the process. Here is what we are looking for:

T

he SPC Fall Fair is as welcoming and imaginative as the people who make it happen. While many traditions date back to the late 1970s, there is always room for new ideas and new energy. Perhaps the most meaningful part of the Fair, though, is the fellowship—church members getting to know one another as they work side by side. Each of our 20+ booth chairs is eager to welcome both returning volunteers and those joining us for the first time. There are many ways to get involved: sorting and pricing donations, preparing salads or baked goods, setting up tables, chairs, and tents, creating signs or nametags, serving food and beverages, putting out lawn signs, or helping with children’s activities.

Our Information Station is open in Fellowship Hall during Sunday morning fellowship and our Volunteer Opportunities flyer is available in the church office any time the church is open. We hope you’ll stop by!

To learn more, please reach out to Amy Connell, Dorrie McGrath, Jennifer Vincent, or George Weaver.
