Director of Christian Formation

I

t is a joy to introduce Matthew Biskup, who graduated just a month ago from Eastern University in Berwyn, PA with a degree in Biblical Studies and will be joining our church staff as Director of Christian Formation.

Through conversations with Matthew, representative members of the Christian Formation committees, Alex Evangelista, and Joyce Shin perceived in Matthew an authentic heart for ministry, a spirit of service, a love of Christ, a desire to learn about God, and a genuine care for people. His care for people and their individual faith journeys has been exercised especially in his ministry among teens. During college, Matthew served as a Young Life leader at a high school and as a mentor and coach to youth in the Palestinian West Bank during a semester abroad.
