ur youth and our amazing children’s music ministry are looking forward to sharing with the wider congregation a variety of ways we draw close to God, both here at SPC, and at places like the Montreat Youth Conference. For example, this Sunday when you arrive, we will have music welcoming you into this space from a variety of church traditions to help prepare our souls, minds, and bodies, we will hear a unique translation of our scripture passage crafted by our youth, and the Lord’s table will be transformed, bringing to life our scripture lesson. We are also looking forward to our youth offering their musical gifts. It is such a gift to share the energy and imagination of these thoughtful young people with us all in worship, and we hope many of us can be here for this special service.
