Deacons Resume Deliveries and Invite Dedications

o you miss the splash of color and life that flowers add to our worship spaces? Our deacons miss the opportunity to deliver flowers to members of our church family as tangible signs of our compassion, joy, and concern. Those who have offered remembrances and tributes are missing the opportunity to do so. Contributions supporting this ministry are gifts thrice given and we are eager to resume the giving!

Dedications come in many forms – joys, sorrows, and words of thanksgiving lifted to God in prayer and shared with your church community. Length should be no longer than 25 words. For example: “ in loving memory of [name], on the anniversary of his/her death, given by [your name]” or “in celebration of new life, with thanksgiving for the birth of [name]” or, “with thanksgiving for those serving as teachers amid conditions that make this so very difficult.” The suggested contribution is $50. Contributions beyond the cost of the flowers support the ministry of our Deacons.
