e are excited to share an opportunity to volunteer with one of SPC’s outreach partners, Making a Change Group (MACG) for their Holiday Party coming up on Tuesday, December 19 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. MACG is looking for 4 – 5 volunteers to help check families in as they arrive to the party, and to help with serving food as well as distributing gifts. Making a Change Group has as its mission to support individuals and families in the city of Chester, PA and surrounding municipalities striving to achieve positive change for themselves, their families, and their communities. They accomplish this work through programs focused on violence intervention and prevention, youth mentoring, and multi-level support for families. SPC has been in partnership with MACG for over five years now and has seen the difference their work is making in our local community.
