rganized by SPC’s Outreach partner, Chester Community Coalition, and in honor of National Gun Violence Awareness Month, the 2025 Wear Orange Peace Walk and Block Party is happening on Saturday, June 7 in Chester’s MLK Park. This is an opportunity to show support for our neighboring communities, as we witness together for the need to end gun violence. The walk begins at 10:00 am with events happening throughout the morning, through 2:00 pm. This includes BBQ, live music, and raffle prizes. The mission of the Chester Community Coalition is to provide trauma-informed support services to families directly affected by gun violence in Chester, PA, and Delaware County.
