Saturday, September 11 / 5 – 5:45 pm

A

ll are welcome to this service offered in the manner of the Taizé community, as through Scripture reading, meditative song, candle-lighting, prayer and silence, we gather to lay down our lament, our hope, our concerns together before God. On this evening, we will gather on the 20th Anniversary of the devastating attacks of September 11, 2001, remembering these losses and as many years hence of warfare that has impacted the lives of millions here in the United States and across the globe. Through our worship, we will express the hope that we find in the unity of the children of God, and the call to continue our work of reconciliation, justice and peace.
