› Fall Fair Welcomes Donations this Summer
olunteers from two of our Fall Fair signature booths, Collectibles and Jewelry and Accessories, are eager to begin collecting wares to be sold at the fair in October. If you are doing a little “cleaning out” at this time of year, or know of friends and relatives who are doing so, please consider donating some of the following to this community event:
Collectibles
The amazing array of offerings that we will offer to shoppers in October includes quality household items such as antique quilts, crystal, finer and “older” linens (but not so old that they are stained or torn), silver, kitchenware, iron skillets or pots, labeled artwork, and oriental rugs, among other things. Any newer household decorative items are also welcome too. Think “HomeGoods”- these newer offerings will round out our selection this fall. Donations will be welcomed by arrangement with the Collectibles team. To schedule an “off-cycle” drop off or to reach out with questions, please contact collectibles volunteers by clicking here.
Jewelry & Accessories
It takes a wide assortment of jewelry and accessories to create a boutique that offers bargains to hundreds of Fairgoers! The Jewelry & Accessories team works all summer to prepare wares for sale in the fall, and welcomes the following donations in the church office on weekdays and Sunday mornings: Fine jewelry, costume jewelry, scarves, designer handbags.
