Moment for Stewardship: Music Ministry at SPC

A

t SPC, we believe that loves changes everything in the work of our music ministry. Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Love transforms our music-making from a performance to an offering that we share humbly for worship, to move and inspire all who have gathered. Love gives us capacity to welcome people from all generations and walks of life into the work of our music ministry, honoring who they are and the unique gifts that God has given them. Love enables us to unite our voices, hands and hearts as we make and work on music together, always transfiguring our individual efforts into a greater whole.

Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love changes everything.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love changes everything.
