The audio should start playing automatically, but the fast forward/rewind/pause buttons may not appear until the entire service is downloaded depending on your computer settings.  There is often silence in the beginning of a recording before the opening voluntary begins. If after waiting a minute you still hear no audio, make sure you've turned up the volume on your computer and on your speakers.
