The audio should start playing automatically, but the fast forward/rewind/pause buttons may not appear until the entire service is downloaded depending on your computer settings.  There is often silence in the begining of a recording until the organist begins playing the opening voluntary. If after waiting a minute you still hear no audio, make sure you've turned up the volume on your computer and on your speakers.
