The audio should start playing automatically, but the fast forward/rewind/pause buttons may not appear until the entire service is downloaded depending on your computer settings.  There is often silence in the beginning until the organist begins playing the opening voluntary. If after waiting a minute you still hear no audio, make sure you've turned up the volume on your computer and on your speakers.
